As a part of re-starting Trumps Jan 6th trial in DC, Jack Smith is set to present details about the evidence for the sedition charges Trump faces. Grand Jury testimony from Meadows, Pence, ect will be presented along with officers direct testimony with regards to the violence they faced that day.

The July ruling of immunity from the Supreme Court requires Judge Chutkin to hear all the testimony in order to make a decision about what charges Trump will face.

This will be a mini trial without jurors, and will be televised nationwide.

New details are expected to be released regarding evidence investigators had gathered.

judge Chutkin has ordered Jack Smith to release a 190 page report out lining his evidence against Trump treason on Jan 6th.

Most of what's in the report is the testimony of Pence, Meadows, Milley, there is audio of Trump directing no one to allow the National guard to help defend the capital.

Someone was brave enough to sneak a recording of Trump in the oval office cheering on the Jan 6th insurrectionists, and calling for pence to be hanged.
